We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engagement Lead to oversee delivery of a multi-program Salesforce transformation initiative supporting public sector service delivery and call center operations. This role will manage the overall consulting engagement, ensuring successful delivery across technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors while maintaining focus on program goals and business outcomes.

The Engagement Lead will coordinate project delivery across architecture, development, and implementation teams while maintaining strong relationships with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of the Salesforce transformation program across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate architecture, development, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
• Manage client relationships and maintain communication with executive stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of strategic technology roadmaps
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the engagement
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure project success
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and program leadership
• Ensure collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading Salesforce consulting engagements
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing public sector case management solutions
• Strong experience managing cross-functional project teams
• Experience managing client relationships and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
or
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale Salesforce transformation programs
• Experience coordinating multiple implementation teams or vendors
• Background in government or public sector technology programs
