As a Remote Help Desk Technician, you’ll be the lifeline for our customers—solving everyday technology problems with patience, professionalism, and a smile.

  • Provide remote technical support for Windows (8, 10, 11) and macOS (10.15+) systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Microsoft Office Suite, and printers
  • Guide users through malware removal and best practices for prevention
  • Support clients via phone, email, IM, and remote connection software
  • Track, document, and resolve issues with efficiency and accuracy

  • 1+ year of IT support experience (preferred)
  • Strong Windows troubleshooting skills (Mac skills a plus!)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English
  • Personable, reliable, and trustworthy (background check required)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace

  • Minimum: Multi-core CPU, 8GB RAM, 2 displays, Windows 10/11, MS Office 2019+, wired internet (no WiFi), PC headset
  • Recommended: 16GB RAM, noise-canceling headset, UPS backup
