Provide Level 1 / Level 2 IT support services at client sites in King of Prussia, PA. This role represents directly to the end client and requires strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and the ability to support both end users and remote engineering teams.

 

The technician will provide hands-on desktop support, assist with troubleshooting common user issues, and support remote engineers with onsite tasks related to service tickets and workstation maintenance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Provide L1/L2 end-user technical support onsite for the client environment
• Log into user systems using local administrator credentials when necessary for troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to Microsoft Office applications
• Perform Windows workstation resets, wipes, and reimaging as needed
• Diagnose and assist with printer connectivity and functionality issues
• Support remote engineers by performing onsite troubleshooting and remediation for assigned tickets
• Assist with basic desktop support tasks including hardware checks, connectivity issues, and user assistance
• Maintain clear communication with remote engineering teams and escalate issues when appropriate
• Represent professionally while supporting the client environment

 

Required Qualifications

 

• 2+ years of IT support or desktop support experience
• Experience supporting Windows workstations in a business environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office troubleshooting
• Experience resetting, wiping, or reimaging Windows PCs
• Basic printer troubleshooting experience (network printers, drivers, connectivity)
• Ability to follow direction from remote engineers and execute technical tasks onsite
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and professional presence when representing the service provider onsite

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• Experience working in a managed services or field services environment
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support workflows
• Basic networking troubleshooting knowledge (connectivity, IP, printer mapping)

 

 

Work Environment

 

This role is primarily onsite in King of Prussia, PA, supporting an end-client environment. After initial onboarding and training, a hybrid schedule may be considered depending on client needs.
