Telecommunications Engineer - Level 3
We are seeking a seasoned Level 3 Telecommunications Engineer to provide on-site support for an upcoming telephony project in the Hershey, PA area. This role requires a highly experienced, hands-on engineer with deep knowledge of Avaya telephony environments who can operate independently and support critical project milestones.
Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 on-site telecommunications support for a project-based engagement

Support Avaya telephony systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization

Assist with implementation, cutover support, and issue resolution during project phases

Collaborate with remote engineering teams and project stakeholders

Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to best practices

Document work performed and provide status updates as required
Required Skills & Experience

Senior-level (Tier 3) telecommunications engineering experience

Strong hands-on expertise with Avaya telephony systems

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex voice issues in production environments

Comfortable working in a project-driven, schedule-based role

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Reliable availability for on-site work in the Hershey, PA area
