What they’re looking for:
•Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
•Utah Pharmacy License or able to obtain.
•3-5 years of recent hospital experience.  
Hours and compensation potential:
• Full time position. Person would work 7-10hr shifts and rotating weekends.
• The range is between $146K-$190K depending on experience.
• The facility offers a full benefit package including sign-on/relo(20K).
What you’ll be doing:
•Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. 
•Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. 
•Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives. 
•Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. 
•Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. 
•Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. 
•Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. 
•Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols. 
•Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). 
•Manages the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.

•Facility has been named a Top 100 Rural Hospital in America for 9 consecutive years.
•Facility is a 39 bed Joint Commission Accredited facility with a three-story Women’s Center and Infusion Center. Facility is a designated Level IV Trauma Center, has been designated as a Stroke Receiving Facility by the Utah State Department of Health, is Chest Pain Accredited, and offers a wide range of specialty services.
