Location:

Beverly Hills, CA – On-site, full-time in a modern office with strong support staff and direct courtroom access.

Note: Active California Bar membership and first or second-chair trial experience are required.

Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of personal injury litigation from pre-suit through trial.
  • Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses.
  • Develop and execute case strategy, including motion practice and discovery.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
  • Serve as first or second chair in trial—handling jury selection, direct/cross examinations, and overall case presentation.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with the litigation team to maintain high standards of advocacy.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar license.
  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience with trial exposure.
  • Strong trial preparation, strategy, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and case management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple cases effectively.
