Production Supervisor 


Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 base + 10–15% bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to act as the key interface between operations leadership and the hourly production workforce.

This individual will oversee a team of approximately 15 hourly employees, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

You will report directly to the Manager of Operations and play a critical role in driving daily output and team performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of ~15 hourly production employees
  • Serve as the bridge between shop floor and operations leadership
  • Ensure daily production goals are met in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity across shifts
  • Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance
  • Support hiring, training, and workforce planning as the company grows
  • Maintain strong communication across departments (operations, leadership, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency

Schedule

  • Standard shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations supervision role
  • Experience managing hourly workforce teams
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and morale
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to be on the floor and lead by example
  • Growth-oriented—someone who wants to build and scale a team over time

  • Base Salary: $90K – $100K
  • Bonus: 10–15% tied to company performance
