Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000
Our client is a growing home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized services that allow individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. They partner closely with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality care while avoiding unnecessary hospitalizations.
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to be involved in the community and help expand access to these vital home care services. This role is designed for a relationship builder who enjoys working directly with community partners and has a proven track record in healthcare outreach or sales. If you are passionate about helping patients access the care they need to remain safely at home, this role offers strong earning potential and the opportunity to make a direct impact.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient outreach and active community engagement to drive growth
- Promote agency services and increase brand awareness across the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources
- Develop strategic partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers
- Identify and cultivate new patient referral opportunities through consistent field activity
- Represent the agency at community events, healthcare offices, and various outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with the intake team to facilitate smooth and efficient patient enrollments
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and outreach goals to support agency expansion
Qualifications:
Required
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care outreach, or community-based healthcare sales.
- Familiarity with Medicaid programs and long-term care services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage an outreach territory.
- Proven track record of generating consistent referrals or enrollments.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally throughout the service area.
Preferred
- Established network of healthcare providers or community leaders in NYC, Long Island, or Westchester
- Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
