Compensation: $450,000 – $525,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for a wide range of general orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries
- Clinic patients per day: 30
- Call Rotation: 1:6
- Perform orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries of the shoulder, knee, and hip
- Evaluate and treat athletes of all levels, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and a safe return to sport
- Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic while maintaining an efficient surgical schedule
- Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care physicians to provide coordinated patient care
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
- Fellowship training in Sports Medicine is preferred but not required for generalists
- Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
- Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
- Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
