Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, field-capable professional to lead the implementation and adoption of the Vitruvi platform across our utility construction operations.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, field operations, and project execution. You will work directly with field teams to deploy, train, and optimize the use of Vitruvi in real-world project environments.
This is a field-facing implementation, integration and training position focused on driving successful system adoption and improving project execution through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field-level implementation of the Vitruvi platform across multiple operating regions
- Travel to field offices to support rollout and onboarding
- Train field crews, project managers, and office staff on Vitruvi usage, including mobile applications
- Translate existing field workflows into the Vitruvi platform, including:
- Project setup and tracking
- Work breakdown structures
- Permitting and easement management
- End-to-end project lifecycle tracking
- Partner with field leadership to ensure adoption and effective use of the system
- Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and user guidance during implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand utilization of Vitruvi capabilities
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Vitruvi and its application within field operations
- Build strong relationships with field teams to drive engagement and long-term success
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using Vitruvi in a utility construction, telecom, or infrastructure environment
- Strong understanding of field operations and project workflows (fiber, telecom, natural gas, or similar)
- Experience supporting system implementations, rollouts, or field-level technology adoption
- Ability to train and support field personnel in both group and one-on-one settings
- Willingness and ability to travel to field locations as needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field teams and leadership
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with GIS-enabled project management or construction platforms
- Background in telecommunications, fiber optics, or critical infrastructure construction
- Familiarity with tools such as GIS platforms or AutoCAD
- Project coordination or project management experience
