Location: This is an on-site role based in San Jose, CA, with travel to SF Bay Area job sites.
Note: To be considered, candidates must have direct plumbing construction project management experience and permanent U.S. work authorization.

Job Description
- Manage commercial plumbing construction projects from bid through completion
- Oversee design-build, plan/spec, and design-assist work
- Perform plumbing system calculations, pipe sizing, and equipment selection
- Coordinate plumbing layouts, systems, and equipment with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage schedules, deliverables, and project timelines
- Work closely with engineers, architects, general contractors, owners, consultants, and MEP partners
- Support and guide junior technical staff
- Resolve field issues with project teams and field personnel
- Compile and manage submittals, vendor coordination, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Handle buyout and procurement of equipment and finishes
- Oversee project financials, cost control, and overall profitability
- Negotiate and manage subcontractors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that can lead to future work
- Lead project closeout and ensure a smooth handoff
Qualifications
- 2+ years of directly relevant commercial plumbing construction experience
- Project management experience in the construction field is required
- Experience with estimating and design in plumbing construction
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and coordination
- Strong understanding of applicable codes and construction processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Mechanical or Civil Engineering background preferred
- EIT or PE preferred, not required
- LEED experience or accreditation is a plus
- Revit and BIM experience are a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
