Position Summary
Responsible for managing all sales-related activities within assigned geographic territories and customer accounts. Collaborates with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
Qualifications
· Superior organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Technical aptitude related to thermal component products and ability to adapt designs for customer-specific applications.
· Ability to interface with engineers and technical personnel regarding application requirements.
· Skill in researching and coordinating responses to customer inquiries and recommending suitable products.
· General engineering knowledge and ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
· Minimum 2 years of technical industrial product sales experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage all user and OEM customer classes within assigned territories.
· Develop pricing and quotations using internal software; follow up on quotes and close orders.
· Prospect for new accounts through various channels, including trade show leads, advertising, website inquiries, literature requests, local resellers, and personal marketing efforts.
· Develop strategic plans to achieve assigned sales goals.
· Evaluate situations and data to make decisions that best serve customer needs within company guidelines.
· Maximize business opportunities with customers across all product lines.
· Manage and support sales activities of factory-direct and independent representatives in assigned territories.
