Project Manager – Commercial Waterproofing
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 base + bonus opportunity
Position Overview
The Project Manager – Commercial Waterproofing oversees commercial waterproofing projects from pre-construction through completion. This role manages field crews, coordinates with general contractors, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate project startup
- Manage multiple job sites and field crews
- Develop daily schedules, manpower plans, and material needs
- Track crew productivity and project progress
- Maintain strong communication with general contractors and site supervisors
- Manage and secure approval for change orders
- Ensure safety, quality control, and on-time project completion
- Assist with project documentation and AIA payment applications
- Conduct crew safety meetings and product training
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of project management experience in commercial waterproofing or construction
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and terminology
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience with estimating software, budgeting, and project tracking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
Education
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree or technical training preferred
