Pharmacist in Charge 

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Schedule: M–F (shifts between 8am–7pm) + rotating weekend (every 4th)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily dispensing, IV prep, and compounding operations
• Ensure full compliance with State and Federal regulations
• Supervise technicians and support staff to meet production goals
• Maintain controlled substance oversight and inventory systems
• Support and enforce USP 797 compliance programs
• Work alongside your team on the floor (this is a hands-on role)
• Identify workflow improvements and drive operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Pharmacist license (in good standing)
• 5+ years of experience (LTC or high-volume environment preferred)
• Strong background in operations, workflow, and compliance
• Experience with sterile compounding is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
