Location: This is a full-time on-site role based in New Berlin, Wisconsin, with relocation considered for the right candidate.

Note: Must have construction project management experience, be able to work in-office full-time, and have permanent U.S. work authorization.

Job Description

  • Manage multiple construction projects in various phases from bid to closeout
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, billing, change orders, and overall profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Review project scope and ensure alignment with masonry and construction requirements
  • Coordinate materials, logistics, and project flow to keep jobs moving efficiently
  • Work closely with field teams, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain timelines and quality
  • Track costs, pricing, and project performance to support strong financial outcomes
  • Help resolve issues quickly and keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of directly relevant construction project management experience
  • Strong experience managing construction projects from preconstruction or bid stage through closeout
  • Ability to manage schedules, billing, change orders, costs, and profitability
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in commercial construction preferred
  • Masonry industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
