Litigation Associate Attorney – Real Estate & Business Litigation
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Location
Highland Heights, Ohio. This role is on-site initially to ensure full training and integration. After approximately 90 days, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with 1–2 work-from-home days per week.

This role requires an active Ohio law license and hands-on civil litigation experience. Relocation assistance is not available.

Job Description
- Manage a litigation caseload from matter assignment through resolution, including trial or appeal
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with minimal supervision
- Take and defend depositions and appear in court as first or second chair
- Handle real estate and business litigation matters including title disputes, HOA enforcement, commercial disputes, and landlord matters
- Meet an annual billable target of approximately 1,500 hours
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership and support staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Active Ohio Bar license in good standing with no disciplinary history
- Experience appearing in Ohio courts, with Cuyahoga County experience strongly preferred
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Comfort using modern legal technology and practice management tools
