Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across the assigned Northeast US territory by delivering high-level technical consultation on position sensors and encoder solutions. The Technical Sales Engineer will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners, identify new business opportunities, and position the company as a preferred solutions provider. This role combines strategic sales execution with technical expertise to enhance brand awareness, support long-term customer success, and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering support, or related roles
• Experience working with industrial customers, OEMs, or distributors preferred
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce is a plus)
• Ability to work independently within a regional sales structure
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Northeast US
