Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current B2B clients to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts with daily engagement and attention.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging your engineering knowledge to differentiate offerings.
- Formulate and implement customer retention strategies and key account plans.
- Participate in brand promotions and enhance their effectiveness.
- Meet with clients to address their needs and challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data integrity.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in sales or business.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an engineering or technical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and vendors across various roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Motivated by challenges and opportunities to close new business deals.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of conscientiousness.
