Position Purpose

The Industrial Automation Product Manager – VFD will be responsible for the strategy, vision, and lifecycle management of Variable Frequency Drive products within the Motor Control and Power Quality category.

This role serves as the internal and external champion for the product line, aligning sales, engineering, applications, and channel partners to drive revenue growth and market adoption. The Product Manager will define the roadmap, analyze market needs, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure long-term commercial success.

You will operate as the product owner for North America, balancing technical depth with strong commercial judgment to achieve strategic business outcomes.
