Job Description

• Position: Mid-Senior Level Employment Litigation Associate
• Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid role)
• Focus: California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
• Draft and argue motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage multiple litigation projects in a fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Early responsibility and significant client contact
• Mentorship and training from highly respected attorneys
• Partner track available in as little as 2 years
• Competitive salary range: $200,000 – $260,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
