We are seeking a highly motivated 2nd shift Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead and direct the activities of the maintenance team. This role is responsible for ensuring that plant equipment and machinery are maintained and repaired to meet company standards while playing a vital role in supporting product safety, legality, and quality. Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Supervise, assign, and manage maintenance personnel activities during assigned shifts.
  • Oversee and ensure the maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Assist the Engineering Manager or Superintendent with daily tasks and special projects.
  • Plan and lead scheduled and preventive maintenance operations.
  • Train new employees following established procedures and demonstrate operational processes unique to the facility.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics to perform or guide repairs and installations.
  • Promote a culture of safety by enforcing compliance with established safety programs and protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Foster positive employee relations and encourage teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Schedule: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electronics/Electrical Technology, or equivalent formal training and experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations, maintenance, or utilities.
  • Proficiency in industrial electrical wiring, motor controls, and PLC troubleshooting and programming.
  • Hands-on experience in equipment installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and networking devices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
