Senior Controls Engineer (105-120K+)

Position Duties:

• Lead control system design and software development for custom automation projects
• Oversee and support the full lifecycle of controls projects including PLC, HMI, vision, and robotics programming
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for Controls Engineers and Technicians
• Guide system architecture design and task assignments for project teams
• Troubleshoot systems during build and startup, including field service support as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality processes

Education and Experience:

• BS degree and 5+ years of Automation and Controls Engineering Experience.
• Expertise in PLC & HMI (Allen Bradley), Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence) Robotics Programming (Epson, Fanuc)
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards
• Ability to lead teams and deliver technically complex solutions independently
