CNC Setup & Operator – High-Tolerance(1st or 2nd Shift)
- 2 or more years of CNC experience and 1 or more years of set-up experience is a requirement
- Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and G&M codes is also required to be considered
- 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 1:30 am (Monday – Thursday ONLY), offering a consistent 3-day weekend
- Pay is up to $33 hourly
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Perform complete setups and accurately operate automated CNC metal milling and turning centers to exacting Aerospace and Military specifications
- Utilize a variety of precision gauging and measuring instruments to ensure 100% quality compliance on high-complexity runs
- Manage tool page offsets and tool settings to maintain tight tolerances and optimize machine cycle times
- Investigate and troubleshoot mechanical or program-related issues to maintain a high-efficiency production flow
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and maintain a 5S-compliant, organized, and safe workspace
Candidates must have a minimum background consisting of the following:
- 2 or more years of machinist experience operating lathes or mills and 1 or more years of set up experience
- Strong ability to understand blueprints
- An understanding of GD&T and G&M codes
- Ability to follow safety requirements
- Ability to utilize gauging and a variety of measuring instruments
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
