We are  recruiting an Electrical Panel Assembly Technician for a full-time manufacturing opportunity. You will build and wire electrical control panels from schematics and blueprints, then inspect your work for accuracy and quality. This position suits someone with hands-on assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and careful attention to safety.

What you will do

·        Lay out and mount switches, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, PLCs, and terminal blocks in panels and enclosures.

·        Route, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires according to electrical schematics and point-to-point wiring diagrams.

·        Measure, drill, tap, and cut enclosures and back panels for component installation.

·        Inspect finished panels for wiring accuracy, component placement, and structural integrity before testing.

·        Apply wire markers, component tags, and terminal labels according to engineering documentation.

·        Keep the work area organized and follow site safety and personal protective equipment requirements.

What we are looking for

·        One to three years of electrical panel building, electromechanical assembly, or related electrical trade experience.

·        Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials.

·        Experience using wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, drills, taps, and similar tools.

·        Attention to wire routing, color coding, and component placement.

·        Ability to stand for extended periods, safely lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks requiring fine motor skills.

·        High school diploma or GED; technical training in electricity or electronics is a plus.
