Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and providing dedicated support to strategic and chain accounts, as well as managing our manufacturer representative networks and distribution partners. In this role, you will focus on the day-to-day management and expansion of both new and existing account business, support dealer and distributor networks, and actively grow our footprint within your assigned territory.
Duties and Responsibilities

Account & Network Management: Manage and support a manufacturer representative network across assigned territories to optimize market coverage.

Sales Growth: Accurately identify customer requirements to grow sales, build strong relationships, and maintain collaborative partnerships.

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities to create new business streams.

Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry trade shows, promote product lines, and deliver high-impact customer presentations.

Execution & Ownership: Take full ownership of sales goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to seeing projects through to successful completion.

Collaboration: Act as a proactive business partner to both internal colleagues and external customers, maintaining high levels of communication.

Physical Demands & Travel Requirements

Travel: Regular travel to assigned territories, trade shows, and customer events is required (estimated at 70% – 80% of the time).

Stationary Positions: Ability to remain in a sitting or stationary position for extended periods while traveling or working trade show environments.

Lifting: Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
