Project Accountant – Construction

Location: Chagrin Falls, OH (On-Site)
Compensation: $75,000 Base Salary

ParkerBeth Search Partners is representing a successful construction company seeking a Project Accountant to join their team. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire role with excellent benefits, a collaborative team environment, and an opportunity to grow within a stable company environment.

This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with Project Managers and leadership to manage the financial performance of active construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage job cost accounting and WIP reporting
• Oversee billing processes including AIA and unit price billing
• Track change orders and financial impact to projects
• Partner with operations on forecasting and budgeting
• Support financial reporting and overall project profitability

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of construction accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of job cost accounting and WIP
• Experience with AIA or unit price billing
• ERP system experience (Foundation or similar preferred)
• Advanced Excel and data management skills
