Senior Superintendent – $600M Folsom School District Project

ParkerBeth Search Partners is collaborating with one of California’s premier general contractors to support the Folsom School District’s $600 million education campus redevelopment—a landmark, multi-year program that will reshape the region’s K-12 learning infrastructure.

This large-scale, multi-structure campus project demands exceptional leadership both in the field and the office. The contractor is hiring for a Senior/General Superintendent to oversee planning, construction, and delivery of this generational build.

What You’ll Do

For Project Director / Senior Project Manager:

• Provide executive-level oversight of the $600M Folsom School District program

• Manage full project lifecycle—budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and client relations

• Partner with district representatives, architects, and engineering consultants

• Lead multiple project teams, including PMs, engineers, and superintendents

• Ensure adherence to DSA standards, safety, and quality metrics across all phases

For Senior / General Superintendent:

• Oversee 7+ Superintendents and all on-site field operations

• Direct demo, grading, utility, and vertical construction phases

• Maintain project schedule and safety compliance across multiple concurrent structures

• Collaborate closely with the Project Director and PM team to coordinate manpower, logistics, and subcontractors

• Uphold standards of quality and performance consistent with a top-tier education build

What We’re Looking For

• 10–20+ years of construction leadership experience, including large-scale educational or DSA projects

• Proven success managing $100M–$600M+ school or campus developments

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple superintendents and complex field teams

• Deep understanding of structural steel, masonry, and high-finish educational facilities

• Track record of longevity and delivery excellence with leading general contractors
