Senior Manager, FSQA
Southern California | $150K–$170K + Bonus

ParkerBeth Search Partners is partnering with a growing, mission-driven food manufacturing organization that is scaling rapidly across California and Nevada.

This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing Food Safety and Quality Assurance across multiple facilities, including Southern California and Northern California operations. Main location in SoCal with 30% travel to NorCal facility.

This company is in a major growth phase, expanding production, upgrading systems, and building a more structured, scalable operation. The right person will step in and play a key role in elevating standards, leading teams, and ensuring the highest level of food safety for a highly sensitive customer base, children and seniors.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead FSQA operations across multiple facilities
• Manage and develop QA teams across regions
• Ensure USDA/FDA compliance and food safety standards
• Act as a key decision-maker on production floor quality issues
• Help standardize and scale FSQA processes across the organization

What You Bring:

• FSQA leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Degree required (Food Science or related preferred)
• Strong leadership presence and ability to operate independently
