Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus, vehicle allowance, and gas/mileage reimbursement
ParkerBeth Search Partners is recruiting a Regional Superintendent/Project Manager for a long-established Southern California contractor specializing in HOA, multifamily, commercial painting, and reconstruction.
This is a hands-on regional Superintendent role for someone who can manage multiple active projects, strengthen field accountability, and build trust with HOA boards, property managers, consultants, and owners. The right person will combine strong project-management discipline with practical field judgment and the ability to improve regional performance.
The company has operated since 1974 and is modernizing its operational structure. Leadership is investing in stronger systems, clearer accountability, and experienced operators who can help scale the business without sacrificing service quality or profitability.
