What You’ll Be Responsible For

This role owns the full lifecycle of residential ADU construction projects, from approved plans through client move-in.

• Manage multiple active construction projects simultaneously
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners
• Drive project schedules to meet aggressive 6–10 week timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project milestones
• Process and manage change orders quickly and accurately
• Maintain full project documentation and communication in Buildertrend
• Ensure projects stay on budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Lead weekly client updates and internal reporting
• Anticipate issues before they impact schedule or client experience

What Success Looks Like

• Projects delivered on time (6–10 weeks), on budget, and at high quality
• Clients consistently provide 5-star reviews and positive feedback
• Strong control over schedule, communication, and documentation
• Ability to manage complexity and make fast, sound decisions

What They’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in construction project engineering or project management
• Residential construction experience preferred (ADU or similar is a plus)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and project flow
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong communicator, able to work with clients, trades, and internal teams
• Comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects at once
• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar platforms preferred
• Ability to think critically and manage the critical path of a project in real time

Work Environment

• Based in Upland, CA
• Daily travel to job sites across the Inland Empire and LA County
