Field Laborer – Full Time
Location: Travel-Based (75–90% Travel Required)
Pay: $28/hr + Overtime & Per Diem

We are currently recruiting a motivated Field Laborer to join a leading provider in the dewatering and groundwater control industry. Position Overview:
The Field Laborer will be responsible for supporting the installation and removal of dewatering and treatment systems on various job sites. This hands-on position requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Travel Expectations:
This role requires travel on the road for 6 days per week, followed by time at home. Per diem is provided during travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of pumping systems and related equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pumps, and fusing machines
• Load and unload heavy equipment and materials safely
• Maintain clean and organized project sites, shops, and yards
• Operate diesel-powered lifting equipment such as forklifts or skid steers
• Follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively with team leads

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
• OSHA 10 Certification and TWIC card required (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in all weather

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in construction, drilling, or heavy equipment operation
• CDL (Class A or B) a strong asset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $30–$36/hour based on experience
