We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Orlando market. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building new business, developing long-term customer relationships, and providing solutions for critical infrastructure and construction projects.

You'll work with customers across municipal, industrial, utility, pipeline, and construction markets, providing pump rental and dewatering solutions for applications including:

• Municipal sewer bypass projects

• Pipeline maintenance and integrity testing

• Hydrostatic testing projects

• Water transfer operations

• Construction dewatering

• Emergency pumping solutions

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, utilities, and industrial customers.
  • Generate rental and equipment sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations.
  • Manage territory activity and maintain a consistent customer visitation schedule.
  • Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure customer success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for business development.
  • Experience in equipment rental, pumps, dewatering, construction, industrial services, or related industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of pump systems, bypass pumping, or hydrostatic testing is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and territory management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
