This role will coordinate activities of both Team Leaders and Manufacturing Associates during the shift, ensuring production schedules are met.

Manufacturing Supervisor Specific Responsibilities: 

• Ability to work 11P to 7A.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and Customer Service Manager the assembly regarding shift production schedules.
• Assign team members to assembly jobs as production schedule requires.
• Train team leaders in work methods and procedures.
• Routinely inspect production areas to ensure conformance of assembled parts/components with procedures provided.
• Ensure paperwork for areas of responsibility is completed and accurate.
• Ensure parts, components and materials are accurately logged out from the warehouse for team members.
• Ensure parts, components and materials are labeled accurately and accurately logged into the warehouse for team members.
• Account for assembly efficiency rates.
• Coordinate equipment repairs with Process Engineer.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and Quality Manager actions required to address quality concerns.
• Participate in production and supervisor meetings as schedules.
• Participate with Human Resource Manager or their designee to develop effective training programs.
• Ensure team members are following all policies and procedures.

Manufacturing Supervisor Requirements: 

• High School graduate or GED with demonstrated history as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment. 
• Demonstrated leadership along with excellent communication skills.
