Morales Professional Services is currently partnering with a manufacturing client in locating two (2) Contract Electrical Designers for their organization to fulfill a 1-2 year contract project, potentially direct with the company itself. All Designs done in Autodesk Inventor. 

These projects are onsite, at one of two locations, Henderson, NV or Lebanon, OR.

Electrical Designer Scope of Work:

•      Review and understand P&ID’s.
•        Review functional specifications.
•        Calculate loads and size components accordingly.
•        Update drawings from redlines.
•        Design electrical panels to UL and/or CE requirements.
•        Create interconnect drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
•        Create accurate bills of materials for required components.
•        Assemble shop drawing packages.
•        Create drawing packages that will be used for constructing panels and equipment installations.
•        Accurately document hours worked on all projects.
•        Answer questions from ENTEK shop personnel.
•        Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
•        Follow Lean manufacturing utilizing tools such as Kaizans, 5S, RIE’s and other work area standards.

Electrical Designer Qualifications:

• High School or GED.  Associates preferred. 
• Working knowledge of electrical design using  AutoDesk Inventor. 
• Will consider other 3D design software. 
• Experience in design and detail panels to UL standards.
