Continuous Improvement Specialist needed to drive measurable operational performance across a growing manufacturing facility. This role reports directly to site leadership and is designed for someone who doesn’t just support Lean initiatives and owns them.
If you’re energized by eliminating waste, building sustainable systems, and leading cross-functional change that drives real cost savings and efficiency gains — this is a platform role.
Continuous Improvement Specialist and what you own:
- Identify and eliminate waste across production workflows (defects, overproduction, downtime, inefficiencies)
- Lead Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and structured root cause initiatives
- Drive plant-wide KPI development, tracking, and accountability
- Implement cost-reduction and productivity improvement strategies
- Manage multiple improvement projects from concept through execution
- Educate and mentor leaders and operators on Lean culture and data-driven decision-making
Continuous Improvement Specialist and what we need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement within manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
- Experience working with ERP and manufacturing systems
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change
- Hands-on leader comfortable on the production floor
