What You'll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Guide the supply chain team towards growth, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and using KPIs to drive improvement.
• Support Internal Operations: Ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available on time to support production and service schedules.
• Vendor Quality Assurance: Work closely with vendors to ensure materials meet our quality standards and maintain a strong vendor performance management system.
• Standardization Champion: Implement standardized processes to enhance quality across planning, purchasing, and distribution.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage departmental budgets, find cost-reduction opportunities, and make informed purchasing recommendations.
• Team Supervision: Oversee the performance and development of supply chain employees, nurturing their professional growth.
• Vendor and Contract Management: Select and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all agreements.
• Strategic Planning: Regularly assess strategic plans for optimizing market opportunities and boosting profitability.
• Inventory Control: Conduct inventory reviews, manage EOQ, and ensure accurate inventory through effective cycle counting.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in purchasing or management roles.
• APICS or Supply Chain Management certification preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and word processing software.
