Pro Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Technician for direct hire at our customer site in Arlington, TX. Our client is a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer with new line corrugation equipment that requires a technician proficient in electrical and PLC troubleshooting. This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated individual ready to contribute to a dynamic production environment.
Ideal Candidate would possess:
Preferred past experience working in a GMP setting
Experience troubleshooting Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC systems

Profound understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, control systems, and automated processes.
Strong diagnostic and hands-on skills to identify and fix complex technical problems.
Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, schematics, and system drawings.
Experience in production Maintenance on a Corrugator Machine with confirmed understanding of controls systems, drive systems, all Corrugator supporting systems and full wet and dry end troubleshooting, repair, and rebuilding capabilities is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
Diagnosing and resolving issues with automated systems and electrical equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems, focusing on minimizing downtime and maximizing reliability.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while performing maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsible for understanding, maintaining and troubleshooting:General electrical systems and controls (motor starters, lighting circuits, power distribution equipment, industrial controls)
Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen Bradley & Siemens)
Variable speed AC & DC drives and motors
Process instrumentation and control (transmitters, control valves, control loops and DCS)
Process variable monitoring and control (temperature, pressure, flow, PH, etc)
Analytical process troubleshooting including electrical print reading and using troubleshooting manuals
Qualifications:
5+ years of Electro-Mechanical System Maintenance & Troubleshooting Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment repairing mechanical/electrical components including shafts, bearings, gear boxes, pumps, motors, drives, 3 phase power.
Strong background in Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics. Preferred Automation and controls troubleshooting and problem solving ability with practical, mechanical, & electrical aptitude Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC's.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
Compensation: $34-$38
