POSITION SUMMARY: Perform equipment and facilities electro-mechanical troubleshooting, preventative and repair maintenance activities.

 

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Through continuous monitoring and measurement, assure that all products meet or exceed the customer expectations and assure compliance with all procedural requirements.

  • Comply with all safety rules and precautions, utilizing extreme care when exposed to high voltage and arch flash potential energy sources.

  • Must possess a good understanding and have practical PLC programming and control logic diagnostic experience.

  • Upon diagnosing problems be able to read a basic ladder logic diagram and statement list.

  • Completing PM work orders, lubricate, service fluids, take oil samples, change oils, filters and properly dispose.

  • Complete machine component maintenance tasks.

  • Experience and skill with reading and interpreting drawings and schematics to perform trouble shooting and equipment diagnosis tasks.

  • Experience and knowledge of electrical / electronic principles and subjects.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Minimum five-year journeyman status and / or technical degree certification from a college or technical school.
  • Training and work experience must include CNC (Fanuc and Siemens), CNC electronic control devices, motors and drives.
  • Ability to work 3rd shift 11p-7:30p
