Intellect Resources seeking an experienced System Analyst to support an Infinitt PACS implementation within a hospital environment for one of our clients. This role focuses on supporting system operations, maintenance, and implementation to ensure stability, performance, and effective use of critical HIS applications. This is a long-term consulting opportunity offering remote work with travel as required.

Responsibilities:

• Support operation and maintenance of Infinitt PACS applications in a hospital setting
• Provide system analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for moderate to complex issues
• Support software installations, upgrades, updates, and configuration changes
• Ensure stable performance of critical PACS applications
• Provide timely, accurate solutions to end-user system issues to support productivity
• Develop and maintain PACS system documentation
• Build testing plans and project plans for medium to large initiatives
• Support interfaces across PACS functional areas

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Infinitt systems, including system analysis and design
• 4–5 years of application systems analysis experience in a hospital environment (or equivalent)
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to provide effective customer-focused system analysis and support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Open-minded, flexible, and collaborative team player
