We’re looking for a seasoned Full Desk Recruiter who is deeply embedded in the healthcare ecosystem. This role requires a high-performing individual who excels in both business development and recruitment. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare clients including hospitals, provider groups, payors, and health tech companies.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare roles.
- Own the full recruitment cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and servicing.
- Stay current on healthcare workforce trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams in a nimble, creative, and flexible environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven success in both selling and servicing accounts.
- Strong network within hospitals, providers, payors, or healthtech organizations.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to travel for conferences, client visits, and networking events.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
