Intellect Resources is seeking an experienced recruiter who specializes in senior‑level leadership hiring and thrives in a client‑facing, growth‑oriented environment. This role focuses on recruiting Director, VP, and C‑suite talent across for‑profit healthcare providers, professional services firms, and technology companies, with a strong preference for middle‑market organizations.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands that executive recruiting is both relationship‑driven and outcome‑critical. You will be responsible for delivering high‑impact leadership talent while also helping grow and strengthen long‑term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead executive‑level searches for Director, VP, and CxO roles across healthcare, services, and technology
  • Own and grow client relationships by expanding recruiting engagements and identifying new opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating leadership change, growth, or transformation
  • Recruit at scale across multiple concurrent searches without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
  • Leverage an existing executive network to accelerate searches and deliver credible talent quickly
  • Partner internally with teammates to share market intelligence, support execution, and maintain momentum
  • Maintain a high‑energy, collaborative approach that contributes to strong team morale

  • Deep understanding of how middle‑market organizations operate
  • Existing network of senior leaders within healthcare, services, or technology
  • Comfort selling recruiting solutions and guiding clients through high‑stakes decisions
  • Located in North Carolina or Michigan

Requirements:

  • Agency experience required. Must come from the agency side of recruiting and/or recruiting sales with experience selling and delivering recruiting engagements
  • Client growth mindset. Demonstrated ability to expand accounts, grow engagement scope, and build long‑term partnerships
  • Recruiting at scale. Proven experience managing multiple active searches in high‑velocity environments
  • Industry credibility and network. Existing professional network aligned to the role’s specialty
  • Team‑first approach. Strong collaborator who contributes to shared success and positive morale
  • Technical proficiency. Highly proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Tech Stack (Office 365, Teams and Copilot)
  • Remote. Ability to engage, focus, and thrive in a work from home environment.
