Epic Cadence/Decision Tree Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Cadence Analyst to join our healthcare IT team and support the optimization, build, and ongoing enhancement of Epic Cadence. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cadence build and workflows, with expert-level knowledge of Decision Trees, and a strong ability to translate operational needs into efficient, scalable Epic solutions.

This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure scheduling workflows are accurate, intuitive, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and optimize Epic Cadence functionality to meet clinical and operational needs
• Build and maintain provider templates, visit types, scheduling rules, and access models
• Lead and support Decision Tree builds and complex scheduling workflows
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions 

Key Requirements: 

• Proven Epic Cadence build and support experience
• Strong Decision Tree build and workflow design experience
• Strong understanding of scheduling operations
• Epic certification in Cadence required; certification in Decision Trees strongly preferred
