UKG EZCALL Application Analyst

Intellect Resources is seeking a part-time UKG EZCall Analyst for one of our healthcare clients. This role serves as a senior technical and functional authority for UKG EZCall, providing architectural guidance, design validation, and quality oversight to ensure scalable, compliant, and clinically aligned solutions within a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead EZCall subject-matter expert for architecture and design
• Review and validate scheduling models, rule structures, fairness logic, and call distribution
• Provide quality assurance and governance across build, testing, and deployment
• Identify and mitigate risks related to scalability, performance, and clinical adoption
• Advise on integrations with UKG Pro WFM, EHRs, perioperative systems, and payroll
• Act as an escalation point for complex design and implementation issues

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience with UKG EZCall in enterprise healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of provider scheduling, call rotations
• Ability to operate in an advisory capacity
• Experience working with UKG and systems integrators

Engagement

• Part-time, remote (20 hours/week, flexible)-12-month contract
• Advisory role
