About the Role
Intellect Resources is seeking a recruiter with deep expertise in utilization management and case management. This role supports healthcare organizations where accuracy, consistency, and operational understanding are critical.
You will recruit UM and CM professionals at scale while also helping clients stabilize and strengthen essential clinical support functions. This role requires both domain expertise and the ability to build lasting client partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit utilization management, case management, and related clinical roles across provider and payer environments
- Manage multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Serve as a knowledgeable partner to clients navigating staffing challenges in regulated settings
- Grow recruiting engagements by identifying additional support needs and opportunities
- Maintain and activate an existing UM/CM talent network
- Work closely with internal team members to support shared outcomes and team success
- Bring clarity, steadiness, and positivity to complex and detail‑oriented searches

Ideal Background
- Direct recruiting experience in utilization management or case management
- Strong understanding of payer and provider operational environments
- Established network of UM/CM professionals
- Ability to manage detail‑heavy searches at pace
- Located in North Carolina or Michigan
Requirements
- Agency experience required. Must come from the agency side of recruiting and/or recruiting sales with experience selling and delivering recruiting engagements
- Client growth mindset. Demonstrated ability to expand accounts, grow engagement scope, and build long‑term partnerships
- Recruiting at scale. Proven experience managing multiple active searches in high‑velocity environments
- Industry credibility and network. Existing professional network aligned to the role’s specialty
- Team‑first approach. Strong collaborator who contributes to shared success and positive morale
- Technical proficiency. Highly proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Tech Stack (Office 365, Teams and Copilot)
