We are seeking a skilled Epic HIM/CareLink, Care Everywhere Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, clinical application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting health information management and interoperability workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic’s HIM and Care Everywhere modules, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
• Apply deep understanding of HIM and interoperability workflows to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the HIM and Care Everywhere modules.
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
• Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.

Requirements

• Epic HIM Certification (required).
• Experience with CareLink, Care Everywhere workflows and interoperability support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
