We are seeking a skilled Epic Cardiology Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, clinical application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting cardiology workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic’s Cardiology module, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements. It is important to have the following while the Cupid implementation is in progress, Epic Cupid, Siemens Syngo Dynamics, GE MUSENX, Cohesic, Sensis Vibe; SQL for Syngo Dynamics reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
• Apply deep understanding of cardiology applications and workflows to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Cardiology module.
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
• Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.

Key Qualifications:

• Epic Cupid Certification (required).
• Siemens Syngo Dynamics
• GE MUSENX
• Choesic
• Sensis Vibe; SQL for Syngo Dynamics Reporting
• Extensive experience with cardiology workflows and clinical application support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
