About the Role
Intellect Resources is hiring a recruiter who understands the rapidly evolving landscape of care delivery. This role focuses on recruiting mid‑level providers for telehealth, house‑call, and in‑home care models, while supporting organizations that need to scale quickly and responsibly.
This is a high‑velocity recruiting role that also requires strong client partnership and growth instincts. You will help clients build provider teams efficiently while maintaining quality, compliance, and clinician engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit mid‑level providers such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for telehealth and in‑home care roles
  • Manage high‑volume recruiting pipelines with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Partner closely with clients to understand evolving provider needs and workforce constraints
  • Grow recruiting engagements by identifying ways to expand scope and support client scaling
  • Leverage an established provider network to accelerate hiring and reduce time‑to‑fill
  • Collaborate with internal teammates to balance workload and maintain positive morale
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects care, clarity, and respect

  • Experience recruiting mid‑level providers in telehealth or home‑based care settings
  • Working knowledge of distributed and virtual care models
  • Existing network of mid‑level providers across multiple geographies
  • Ability to thrive in high‑volume, high‑demand recruiting environments
  • Located in North Carolina or Michigan

Requirements:

  • Agency experience required. Must come from the agency side of recruiting and/or recruiting sales with experience selling and delivering recruiting engagements
  • Client growth mindset. Demonstrated ability to expand accounts, grow engagement scope, and build long‑term partnerships
  • Recruiting at scale. Proven experience managing multiple active searches in high‑velocity environments
  • Industry credibility and network. Existing professional network aligned to the role’s specialty
  • Team‑first approach. Strong collaborator who contributes to shared success and positive morale
  • Technical proficiency. Highly proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Tech Stack (Office 365, Teams and Copilot)
  • Remote. Ability to engage, focus, and thrive in a work from home environment.
