Intellect Resources is looking for experienced IDX Professional Billing Trainers to support an upcoming project with one of our partner firms. This role focuses on delivering high-quality end-user training and supporting workflow optimization to ensure users are confident navigating IDX Professional Billing system updates and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IDX Professional Billing end-user training
• Provide go-live and post–go-live support
• Answer end-user questions and reinforce best practices
• Collaborate closely with project leadership and partner firm stakeholders

Key Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with IDX Professional Billing (required)
• Strong understanding of Professional Billing workflows
• Prior EMR training experience (required)
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
