Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support within a medical office environment. You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in our office.
ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative support functions is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Proficiency in office software applications and electronic health record systems is a plus.
Compensation
The pay range starts at $15 per hour.
