Healthcare employer in Southern Ohio seeks to hire a BC/BE Family Practice physician. This is an opportunity to join a hospital employed Outpatient Family Practice Patient Centered Medical Home clinic.
Work Monday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-12 Noon
See 20-25 Patients per day
Physicians here will have the option of receiving either a base salary of $200K (for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded OR; Base salary of $249K guaranteed for one year and then switched to production contract. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded).
